Damage Control Some minor updates before I get to what I actually logged on to talk about:  First of all, I actually got my Tumblr account back a few hours ago! I just had to apoligize to 98 accounts for my account trying to scam them through DMs during the few days I lost access (and to the two that just blocked me, I of course understand but I wish I could apologize directly!) I also updated this blog’s theme because I got sick of the old one. If formatting looks weird for a while, that’s why. House is finally comfortable enough in his new habitat to start looking for a new shell! The one he came in was too small but now he’s picked one that's way too big. It sounds like it wouldn’t be a problem, but if a shell is too large it can cause health issues. I gave him even more options just now so that he hopefully picks a better choice soon.  he looks so tiny in there! Now on to what I came here for..  The Other Side of Things… Hello again! I know I keep saying I’ll be more active but things just keep happening to me.  Firstly, my weeks long anxiety attack finally ended around the end of last week after starting around July 13th. It was a horrible experience and I felt like it was never going to end. I was paranoid all the time despite common sense telling me not to be and I was struggling to even drink water regularly. I haven’t felt that much anxiety in years and I hope that next time this happens, I’ll be more prepared for it.  Second, I’m off all social media besides YouTube and Reddit. I lost my Tumblr account in a (in hindsight, extremely obvious) scam. I got rid of Instagram maybe a week or two ago when my anxiety was peaking and I don’t know if I’ll get it back again. The app definitely has a way of knowing when you’re alone and kept putting a lot of triggering content in my feed when I wasn’t hanging out with anyone, even when I kept hitting not interested. It...
